Gangneung Science Oval (강릉 사이언스 오발 경기장) is a future indoor ice arena which will be built for the 2018 Winter Olympics. It is located in the coastal city of Gangneung. It will be the venue for speed skating.
The seating capacity is 8,000.
The cost of construction for the Olympics is 104 million USD . Construction should start in September 2012 and be completed in September 2016.
